Description
Spend a weekend learning, playing, lifting, flying and laughing with Hobs Hobotus of the Acro SuperHeroes! Acro content will include: Acro-Dance Lifts; Standing Acrobatics (H2H, Ft2H, entrances & exits); Icarian Popping & more!
Pre-Requisites:
Physical: Healthy joints & strong muscles!
Personal: Willing to spot and be spotted. Willing to learn & communicate nicely
Acro: Base or fly standing: 2-High, Thighstand, High Bird OR Camel.Base or fly L-basing: Tuck Sit, Star, Reverse Star, Side Star (able to do presses in all the Star poses above)
*Contact & practice with your local Acro teachers if the above are unfamiliar! Use spotters
Schedule:
Saturday 10AM-1PM, 2:30PM-5:30PM
Sunday 10AM-1PM, 2:30PM-5:30PM
Super Early Bird - $120 for weekend by May 1st
Early Bird - $130 by May 20th
$160 at the door
$40/single workshop block.
